About Me

Attended undergraduate school and Marshall and then Ohio State, finishing a B.S. in 1988.
Returned to Huntington and began working for the state of WV as a Rehabilitation Counselor in 1989, with a speciality in deafness and hearing loss. 
Married in 1991, and had 2 sons- Kyle in 1992, and Mitchell in 1994 (plus a stepson who also has given me twin granddaughters.)
Completed my MS in Rehabilitation Counseling from the Medical College of Virginia/ VCU in 2001.
Active in various youth sports through the years in my sons’ leagues, especially baseball, and enjoy my “4 legged kids” of which I am accused of being a collector (4 dogs and 4 cats.)
