Make Your TRIP Scrip Payment Online:

Here's how it works: 

1. Submit your Scrip order either online (through www.shopwithscrip.com) or by sending it to the school office.
2. Make a payment using Google Checkout in the amount of your order.

Note:  Please make sure the amount of your order matches the amount paid through debit/credit.  If the amount of the order is different than the amount posted to the account, the order will not be processed. 

 

A program has been established to reduce your tuition costs and raise money for the school improvements. It is called TRIP SCRIP. It works while you shop and it costs you nothing! TRIP is an acronym for Tuition Reduction Incentive Program.  In the past decade this program has been adopted as a fundraiser by many private schools across the United States including St. Joseph Grade School and Our Lady of Fatima Parish School.

This is how it works. St. Joseph Central purchases gift certificates (Scrip) from a broker or local business at a discount varying from 2% - 20%. St. Joseph Central then sells the Scrip (gift certificates) at face value. The percent discount is the profit. One half of the profit is credited to the buyer’s (family’s) tuition and the other half is used for school improvements.

For example: St. Joe receives a discount from a company called "Great Lake Scrip Company."  We then apply 1/2 of the savings to the parent's tuition and 1/2 to a savings account for the school.   Therefore, if you ordered $60.00 of scrip from Applebee’s, you would write a check for $60.00 to SJHS TRIP Scrip, receive a gift certificate for $60 to Applebee’s, have $2.40 credited to your tuition and $2.40 would be added to the St. Joe school improvement account.

It’s easy! Fill out the registration form and enclose it with your first order. Then:

1. Fill out the order form.
2. Send it to school with the check made out to SJHS TRIP Scrip on Monday before 10:00 AM.
3. Pick up your scrip on Thursday after 2:00 PM.
4. Shop 'til you drop while reducing your child’s tuition and increasing the school’s improvement fund!
